The veil

 Poised over my home village on Speyside, on the Easter weekend.

Normal back garden view - includes a bit of the greenhouse, two local industries (a garage and a distillery) and the remains of an early 13th century castle on the hill.

I felt a distinct sense of foreboding when I stood outside under this sky on 2 November.  And rightly so - it delivered a night of gales and rain.
